Leadership Team

Chad Silver

Chief Executive Officer

Chad Silver has been a cornerstone of Vector Media since joining the company in 2008. Over
the past two decades, he has held a range of leadership roles including General Counsel, Chief
Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and President, before assuming the role of Chief
Executive Officer in 2024.

As CEO, Chad champions a culture rooted in collaboration—fostering strong partnerships with
clients, inventory media partners, and among team members across the organization. His
leadership philosophy emphasizes integrity, strategic growth, and striving for excellence.

Chad holds a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and earned his
Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He began his career at Skadden,
Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, one of the world’s leading law firms.

Marc Borzykowski

Executive Chairman and CEO of TranzitoVector

Marc’s unique brand of leadership is a key piece of Vector and TranzitoVector’s success. Having been with the company since 2005, he is intimately familiar with the Vector platform, having served as both the Head of Development and CEO. Marc continues to push OOH into uncharted territory, combining a highly analytical approach with both creativity and experience.

Rob Tawse

Chief Financial Officer

As a strategic finance leader, Rob delivers financial clarity, operational discipline, and data-informed decision-making to complex challenges. Recognized for his steady focus and action-oriented approach, he collaborates across Vector to align strategy with execution, drive scalable growth, and enhance margins in a fast-paced media landscape.

Dan Dorato-Hankins

Chief Technology Officer

Dan is affectionately known as “Doc” around here, because when it comes to computers he’s a veritable brain surgeon. He leads the team responsible for Vector’s internal core technology systems and services. If that weren’t enough, Dan simultaneously acts as the CTO of SkyFox Wireless, a Vector subsidiary that provides mobile high-speed connectivity to transit providers. Pretty much anything that beeps or has flashing lights around here, Doc heads up the team that keeps it healthy.

Bennett Fogel

President of Sales & Marketing

With more than 20 years of experience in media and advertising, Bennett brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic development. His expertise makes him the ideal leader to guide our sales and marketing initiatives. We are excited to see how Bennett’s vision and leadership will propel Vector to new heights!

Sheri Ham

Executive VP of National Sales

Sheri Ham is a highly experienced sales executive with a strong background in leading national and programmatic advertising strategies. She has held senior leadership positions where she successfully developed scalable advertising solutions and cultivated key strategic partnerships. Renowned for her results-driven approach and collaborative leadership style, Sheri excels at building and guiding high-performing sales teams. Her success is rooted in meticulous planning, seamless cross-functional collaboration, and a deep expertise in the evolving advertising landscape. With a track record spanning media, team development, automation, and marketplace innovation, Sheri is widely regarded as a trusted and forward-thinking leader in the industry.

Jack Randall

EVP of Brand Partnerships and Experiential

Jack leads the development of Brand Partnerships for Vector, working with both established and emerging brands across all consumer verticals. He also oversees the Experiential team, ensuring the delivery of impactful and memorable campaigns that effectively reach key target audiences. With over 30 years of experience, Jack excels at building high-performing sales teams grounded in selling, innovation, creativity, and collaboration. His expertise spans a broad media landscape, including OOH, DOOH, TV, radio, digital, social, and more.

Tom Reilly

Executive VP of Local Sales

A veteran in the industry with a boatload of experience in out-of-home, Tom manages all of Vector’s public transit markets, including leading local sales teams. His enthusiasm and positive spirit are what drive his team to success!

Debbie Goetz

Executive VP Marketing

Debbie joined the company in 2026 as Executive VP of Marketing, where she leads Vector’s
brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and communications. She works closely with sales,
brand partnerships, operations, and experiential teams to ensure marketing efforts strengthen
the company’s leadership position and drive growth. With deep experience across media,
hospitality, and technology, Debbie is known for building strong brands, creative solutions, and
transformative growth – and having fun doing it.

James Rockett

Executive VP of Finance

A self-proclaimed Excel nerd, James is Vector’s resident data wizard. Efficiency and adaptability are the keys to James’ success as he approaches new challenges with an inquisitive and analytical mindset. When not building macros or complex formulas, James calmly and methodically orchestrates the organized chaos of an ever-changing financial landscape.

Logan Mayer

Senior VP of Strategic Partnerships

Logan’s grit, determination and tenacity are a few of the reasons he is the perfect fit for the Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. He is able to manage the company’s relationships with partners while also developing new business for the company. He does it with a big smile on his face and is the perfect fit for the job.

Christian Serino

Senior VP of National Sales

As the Senior VP of Sales, Chris has somehow found a way to oversee dozens of markets across the country, serve as a highly requested client-facing brand ambassador, and divvy up the remainder of his time amongst the internal Sales team. It’s these skills, along with over 20 years of experience, that he’s used to drive his current team of account executives to redefine the boundaries of out-of-home media. Don’t even think about challenging him to a push-up contest.

Brittanie Burke Mayer

VP of National Sales

Brittanie is a true force on the National Sales team at Vector. She is reliable, always has a constant smile on her face and is a creative through and through. These characteristics make her the perfect person to  manage Vector’s national agency and client relationships.

Steve DeVoe

VP of National Sales

Steve brings a deep understanding of the out-of-home industry, with experience spanning both traditional media and emerging mobility platforms. His strong relationships across agencies and brands, along with his strategic mindset make him a quite force to be reckoned with.

Jonathan Lipton

VP of National Sales

Jonathan, our Vice President of National Sales, is the definition of dependable—and always in good spirits. His steady reliability and upbeat attitude serve him well as he leads a dynamic and diverse sales team. Like a caring guide, Jonathan provides consistent support when it’s needed most, while also encouraging his coworkers to stretch their wings and take bold steps toward growth.

James Moretti

VP of National Sales

With over 22 years of experience in OOH advertising sales and buying, James is the Vice President of National Sales, known for blending strategic thinking, creative vision, and flawless execution. His bi-coastal career across New York City and Los Angeles has seen him lead groundbreaking, first-to-market campaigns that have helped shape the modern OOH landscape. James consistently delivers standout work for some of the industry’s most iconic brands, with a strong focus on the entertainment sector. Renowned for pushing creative boundaries, championing innovation, and bringing energy and fun to every project, James is a driving force behind some of the most impactful and memorable campaigns in the business.

Laura Segui

VP of National Sales

If an undeniable magnetism is central to the Leo persona, then consider us true believers of the astrological chart. Laura’s a Leo through and through. She possesses an innate charisma, a big heart, and wears a constant smile. It’s these characteristics that make her perfectly suited to manage Vector’s national agency and client relationships.

Peter Pouliopoulos

VP of Brand Partnerships

As VP of Brand Partnerships, Peter is focused on expanding Vector’s brand partnerships
business, including the new Vector Sports division. Known for his creativity, collaborative spirit,
and ability to build deep, long-lasting client relationships, he brings both strategic vision and
authentic connection to his work. Peter is a Stoic philosophy-loving, self proclaimed Masshole
sports fan, who loves sarcasm ‘Team America: World Police’, RUSH and playing his Goldtop Les
Paul (with P90s, of course). Oh, and he’s also a cryer.

Dillon Tedesco

VP of Brand Partnerships

As VP of Brand Partnerships, Dillon thrives on creating smart, strategic connections—especially
where sports and culture collide. With an impressive background in business development,
product and media sales, he knows how to spot opportunity, close the deal, and bring brands
into the action in ways that actually move the scoreboard.

Dustin Lamprecht

VP of Experiential Marketing

Joining Vector in late 2025, Dustin Lamprecht has brought more than 15 years of hands-on
leadership across experiential marketing, fabrication, mobile tours, and large-scale B2B and B2C
event production. A proven leader with an impressive resume of immersive activations and
large-scale productions, Dustin leads Vector’s Experiential team as the company continues to
scale its presence within the mobility marketing ecosystem and deliver transformative brand
experiences for clients nationwide.

Dave Peterson

VP of Operations

Dave got his start in transit advertising a long time ago in a bus yard far, far away… (Ok, it was in 2009 and the bus yard was in Massachusetts). Since then, Dave has sold, designed, and installed transit displays across the country, in addition to supporting nationwide sales and business development. These days, Dave works to ensure our transit displays are the envy of the entire galaxy.

Elizabeth Santos

VP Pricing & Planning

Elizabeth is a true pro in pricing strategy, inventory management, and sales planning. She brings
a powerful blend of analytical rigor, strategic insight, and operational leadership. Santos leads
pricing, inventory management, and sales planning across Vector Media’s national portfolio,
driving dynamic pricing models, strategic packaging, and impression-based selling. When she’s
not leading pricing strategy, she is happiest with a barbell in hand or planning her next travel
adventure.

Rima Greene

Senior Director of Human Resources

As Head of HR, Rima is a dedicated and collaborative team player with a consistent drive for improvement. Her compassionate leadership has cultivated an exceptionally positive and approachable team culture within Vector’s HR department. Prior to Vector, Rima earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. Her extensive HR background spans sectors such as retail, law, and healthcare. This broad experience across various company cultures, combined with her strong sense of empathy, has been integral to her continued success. At Vector, she leads the strategy and the smooth functioning of all HR activity, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, engagement, training, and policy development, always prioritizing excellence.

Mirlinda Cotto

Senior Director of Accounting

Mirlinda manages the day to day processes in the Accounting department. A Vector O.G., Mirlinda started from the bottom as an intern in 2011. As a result, she has the foundation to analyze growth and is always looking to see what we can do more efficiently. Mirlinda’s role is to capture every dollar in and every dollar out. It’s always “busy season” in Vector’s accounting world as they keep up with new ventures from the exec team.

Tina Padilla

Senior Director of Production Services

Tina has her eye on just about every campaign Vector activates! She brings efficiency and strategic oversight to every project, whether fully involved or behind the scenes. Her focus is on streamlining processes from inventory assignments to final print production, and working with her teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery from start to finish. When she’s not thinking about efficiency, she’s usually throwing impromptu dance parties at her desk or putting together her next Lego project!

Elizabeth Gonzalez

Chief of Staff

Lizzy began her journey as a local sales coordinator, where she developed a strong foundation of understanding for our business practices. Over the years, she has grown within the company, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments. This cross-functional exposure has become one of her greatest strengths, enabling her to connect teams, drive alignment, and support collaborative success. Lizzy is also actively involved in managing Salesforce, ensuring the platform evolves to meet the changing needs of the business.
