SXSW is exciting and innovative yet crowded with both brands and people, so this activation needed to reflect those good qualities while solving for consumer pain points. Samsung's black cars featured custom in-trunk wireless quick charging stations to keep consumers devices juiced up while they waited in lines.
They even provided free on-board Wi-Fi to riders and service-starved attendees. In addition, the SUVs waited outside Samsung’s “Galaxy Life Fest” to make sure concertgoers made it home safely at the end of the night. Drivers and Samsung Brand Ambassadors ensured their customers had an even more awesome SXSW experience courtesy of Samsung Galaxy.
